UPCOMING EVENTS:
DO NOT FLUSH toys, paper towels or sanitary napkins down the toilets.  The restrooms are for all tenants and customers of the Waipio Industrial Court and they are a privilege to use. Use will be restricted if facility issues continue.
DO NOT PARK in NON NA MAKA stalls or the loading zones.  You may park on the street or pick up and drop off your child if all NA MAKA stalls are taken.  Please respect our neighboring tenants, their office hours and space.
DO NOT DOUBLE PARK. Double parking causes traffic to back up for all tenants.  We will do our best to let the kids out on time but until they are excused please continue to circle the parking lot.

We have been praying for the health and safety of all our families.  We hope this letter finds you well during these ever-changing times. This situation is constantly evolving, and we are doing everything possible not only to ensure the safety of our staff, instructors and students; but also, to maintain normalcy, even in the smallest measure, in everyone’s lives.
 
That being said, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2020, we will begin offering distance learning through virtual classes. We felt this to be the most convenient method as we know many educational institutions are now implementing this for instruction.
The distance learning app that we will be using is called “Zoom”.  Please do the following: 

  • Download the app “Zoom” (which has the white camera w/ blue background)
  • Create your personal account
  • Instructors will send you a meeting ID # prior to your normal class time and day.

We are hoping that this will be a familiar transition for all as ease of use and accessibility are at the forefront of our minds.
 
In our effort to abide by the statewide “stay-at-home” order, our office will remain closed. We will be available via phone, starting April 1, 2020, to answer any questions you may have during normal office hours, Monday through Friday 4:00pm – 7:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am – 3:30pm.  The drop box in Studio A will be available for check payments during instructional hours which are generally 4:00pm – 8:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:00am – 4:00pm on Saturday’s. We will not be charging any late fees for the month of April. 
 
As for the month of March, we will be available via phone, on March 27, 2020 from 4:00pm – 7:00pm and March 28, 2020 from 10:00am – 2:00pm.
 
These arrangements will be in place effective April 1, 2020 through April 30, 2020. This timeframe may be extended based on further developments of this inconceivable situation. We have been working diligently to deep clean our studios and can’t wait for all of you to return. Please stay healthy and take care of each other.
